General Availability Pre-Order
This is an order in General Availability prior to the launch of the domain name. You may choose to place a pre-order for your desired name if you do not qualify for Sunrise or do not want to order in Landrush. If the name isn’t registered in a Sunrise or landrush phase, and is not reserved by the registry, we will attempt to register the name as soon as the General Availability period starts. There is no guarantee that we will obtain the domain name, as other registrants may be competing for the same names. General availability is first come, first served.
Sunrise Phases
This is the first priority period during which trademark holders may apply and register domain names that correspond to their trademarks. Sunrise phases last either thirty 30 days or 60 days. 30 day Sunrise phases are generally first come, first served. There may be some slight variations to the requirements to register a domain name in a Sunrise phase, if you are unsure, please check out our website for more information. Trademark holders must always validate their trademarks with the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH) first and must provide a valid Signed Mark Data (SMD) file for registration to be possible. Sunrise is typically the first phase of a new domain name launch, followed by Landrush and General Availability.
Landrush
This is a priority period that occurs after Sunrise. Landrush phases are designed to provide a greater chance, (typically for an increased fee) to obtain a particular domain name prior to the general public. A common landrush style is known as the Early Access Program (EAP) in which fees will start at a maximum established price and be lowered in increments each day for anywhere from 3-10 days. In an auction style landrush, multiple applications for the same domain name will go to auction. Other types of landrush phases may be designed to limit the type of applicant that can apply, such as certain communities or types of businesses. General Availability
The general availability phase is the last phase in a new domain name launch. This phase is open to all, subject to any registry requirements, and is on a first come, first served basis.

Purchases made in any pre-General Availability launch phase are non-refundable, or subject to a cancellation fee, unless purchase is made in an earlier phase by you or another party, the name is denied due to registration by another party, registration is prohibited due to policy, or requirements cannot be met. Landrush Phase
Landrush is a priority phase that gives anyone the opportunity to pay a fee and register their domain name before it goes to General Availability. There are 7 access decreases throughout the week along with your odds of securing the perfect name.
General Availability
Anyone can register any available domain once a launch hits the General Availibility phase. General Availability Pre-Orders will be automatically processed whern the GA begins and is the best chance you have to get your name first.
